The Halloween Party was an event at Chance Harbor occuring on October 31, 2011.

Cassie and the circle decided to have a Halloween party. Cassie and Faye went shopping for spooky things at Wilson's Antique Shop and they met Luke who Cassie asked to be her date. At the party, Cassie planned to have Faye distracts Jake so she could search for things in Jake's room since she is very suspicious of his actions. While Adam tried to convince Diana to be back with him. Melissa was kidnapped by a pig masked guy named, Ian . Diana was kidnapped by a guy with the skull mask who she thought was Adam. Then the rest of the circle except for Cassie was kidnapped by the witch hunters.
