To welcome a new user, add this to the user's talk page:

Where 'Foo' is something the user has done recently on the wiki, such as "adding some information on Bella" or "uploading those cool pictures". Note that nothing has to be included, and if something is, it should start with a lower-case letter, and end with no punctuation. You do not have to type ~~~~ at the end. It is already done for you.
