Diana is dating his son Adam Conant and would see her often. Ethan meet Cassie when she came to Chance Harbor and began to think that Cassie was meant to be with Adam. During Nick's wake, Diana brought him coffee and he would tell her how lucky she is with Adam. He told her about Adam and Cassie's destiny to be together. Diana later broke up with Adam after talking to Ethan.
In Medallion, Ethan would ask Diana for her help in setting up for Adam's birthday party.
